Tons — Press Kit

What it is

Tons is a quiet workout tracker built around one honest number: total tonnage — weight × reps, added up. Its daily goal is a ton (1,000 kg), pictured as something real: ~220 watermelons, ~290 bricks, ~250 cats — a different material every day. A lifetime of lifting climbs 12 real-world ranks, from a piano (300 kg) to a rocket (3,000 t). There are no routines, no timers, no feed and no guilt mechanics — miss a day and nothing shames you.

100-word description (EN)

Tons measures one thing and measures it well: the total weight you move. Every set — weight × reps — adds up, and today’s goal is simple: lift a ton. Not an abstract ton — a ton of watermelons (~220), bricks (~290) or cats (~250), a different one every day, drawn on your progress ring. A lifetime of lifting climbs twelve real-world ranks, from a piano to a rocket. No routines, no timers, no feed, no guilt: Tons is a quiet scoreboard for people who want proof they’re getting stronger — one set at a time.

Boilerplate

Tons is an independent, local-first workout volume tracker for iPhone, made in Poland. It counts the only number that can’t lie — kilograms moved — and turns it into a daily ritual: lift a ton of something real. tons.kisielos.com · michal.ciesielski@me.com
